3-week Yoga and Meditation Retreat while Touring Northern India
August and September, 2011
A 3-week trip where we travel as a group through various spiritual places in India blending sightseeing and practicing yoga, meditation and sacred dance. We will take trips to Jaipur, Pushkar a beautiful holy town where we can rent camels, Jaisalmer, Agra to see the Taj Mahal, and the Dharamshala region where the Dalai Lama has his headquarters. We will go on excursions to the Himalayas and see waterfalls, observe Tibetan Life and enjoy India’s natural beauty. During the exploration, we will be practicing yoga, sacred movements, and energetic hygiene with Marco Bendoni, a professional dancer and yoga and meditation instructor. This is a group trip but you will also have the flexibility to do independent activities.

Yoga retreat in Samothrace/Samothraki, Greece
September 1-September 8, 2011
A yoga, meditation and dance course that will focus on rebalancing energy and repairing problems within our bodies while we go in search of the sacred. We will practice sacred dances, meditation and dervish yoga coming from India and Tibet as well as other places. The goal is to focus on stimulating and harmonizing all our physical, emotional, mental and spiritual resources, allowing us to be more at peace, more creative, and more joyful in our daily lives. In the afternoon, we will discover beautiful waterfalls, springs, beaches and small villages on this spiritual island and we will share and discuss and speak about the science of movement. On the morning of 8th June, we will dance in the temple dressed in white where hundreds of years ago people danced to achieve better vibrations.
